Role Overview:As a Program Manager – Enterprise Data Warehouse at The Digital Fifth, you will play a critical role in driving large-scale data and analytics transformation initiatives for banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions. This role requires strong strategic thinking, deep expertise in data warehousing, and the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs in a regulated environment. You will be responsible for shaping data platform strategy, overseeing end-to-end program delivery, and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and scalable data solutions. Working in a fast-growing consulting environment, you must be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while delivering measurable business outcomes for clients.Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Program LeadershipDefine and execute a comprehensive data warehouse and data mart strategy aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term technology roadmaps.Drive modernization initiatives, including platform upgrades, cloud migrations, and onboarding of new data sources across the enterprise.Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, information security, and compliance frameworks relevant to the banking sector.Program & Project ManagementLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data programs, covering requirements definition, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.Own program governance, including scope management, budgeting, timelines, risk mitigation, and dependency management.Ensure timely and high-quality delivery across multiple concurrent data initiatives.Data Architecture & Design OversightOversee the design and implementation of scalable and high-performance data warehouse and data mart architectures.Define standards for data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, metadata management, and data integration.Ensure architectural decisions support performance, scalability, auditability, and regulatory reporting needs.Data Governance, Quality & ComplianceEstablish and enforce data governance frameworks covering data quality, lineage, security, access controls, and retention.Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal audit requirements related to data management and reporting.Partner with risk and compliance teams to ensure data accuracy and regulatory readiness.Program & Client Management:Lead and develop cross-functional data teams, setting performance standards and driving a strong data quality and data-driven culture.Manage key customer relationships, gathering insights and ensuring successful delivery of consulting projects.Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:Education: B.Tech (Computer Science) + MBA preferred.3 to 7+ years of experience in data warehousing, data management, and analytics within banking or financial services.Understanding of digital banking, payments, lending, wealth, and fintech ecosystems is preferred.Strong expertise in data warehousing platforms, databases, and ETL/ELT tools, including Cloudera, Vision BI,  Oracle, Teradata, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Informatica, and SSIS.Solid understanding of BI and analytics platforms, data modeling, performance optimization, and large-scale data integration.Strong quantitative, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.Demonstrated effectiveness under tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage ambiguity, and work in a fast-paced startup environment.Adaptability & Learning Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Ownership & Initiative: Proactively take charge of assignments and drive them to completion.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.Innovation & Creativity: Apply new ideas and approaches to solve complex problems.Open to extensive domestic and international travel and client-facing engagements (mandatory).Why Join The Digital Fifth?Startup Culture: Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, high-impact environment with exposure to cutting-edge fintech innovations.Diverse Exposure: Work with leading banks, NBFCs, fintechs, investors, and large technology firms on high-profile projects.End-to-End Consulting Experience: Involvement in strategy, research, implementation, and execution of digital transformation programs.Leadership & Growth Opportunities: Be part of a high-performance team where your contributions directly shape industry-wide digital transformation.Location: Mumbai / Client SiteCompensation: Competitive salary with performance-based bonus.
