Job Description

Experience: 8+ yearsLocation: Anywhere in IndiaWe are looking for a Senior OIC Integration Engineer who can balance hands-on development (new integrations + enhancements) with L3 production support for business-critical Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) workflows. The role involves designing and improving integrations while also ensuring stability, performance, and incident resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesL3 Support & Operations- Own production stability for OIC integrations, handling escalations from L1/L2 teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration failures, mapping issues, XSLT errors, adapter failures, authentication issues. - Manage CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end deployments across environments (DEV → TEST → PROD). - Perform hot fixes, patches, and emergency remediation with proper documentation and communication. - Build and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, logs and drive proactive improvement. - Deliver RCAs, coordinate with Engineering and Oracle Support, and ensure permanent fixes. - Ensure release governance, version control, rollback planning, and adherence to integration standards.Development- Design and develop OIC integrations, bug fixes, orchestrations, mappings, adapters, and automation workflows. - Enhance and refactor existing integrations for better performance, scalability, and reusability. - Build and maintain scripts/tools (Python/Groovy/SQL) to automate deployments, monitoring, or validation. - Implement best practices, reusable frameworks, naming standards, and patterns for integration development.Required Skills- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (Gen2/Gen3) – Integrations, PCS/Processes, VBCS, File Server, Agents. - Expertise in REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, XSLT, and adapter configurations. - Solid understanding of integration patterns, error handling, retries, and secure design. - Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps). - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and ability to remain calm during critical incidents. - Clear communication and ability to lead technical escalations.Nice to Have- Exposure to APM/observability tools and SRE-style operations. - Experience with ERP/OMS/e-commerce integrations. - Knowledge of Python/Groovy for automation tasks.Support Requirement- UK Shift
