We are seeking talented professionals with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Media Operations / Planning / Buying / Ad Operations to join our growing team in Pune.Experience - 2+ yearsLocation - PuneBudget - 12 LPAKey Responsibilities:Campaign setup & data input in Prisma aligned with media plansUpload & manage digital campaign setup with coordination between India & Canada teamsIssue RO, track performance & ensure campaign delivery as per KPIsSupport trafficking by issuing trafficking sheets & IO release formsMonitor delivery, troubleshoot issues & support buying operations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experienceExperience in Digital Marketing / Media Planning / Buying / Ad OpsFamiliarity with tools: CM360, GAM, GA, DSPs, Prisma / MediaTools (added advantage)Strong communication, analytical & collaborative skillsDetail-oriented, organized & comfortable working under tight timelinesExpert in Excel & PowerPointComfortable working US Shift (09:00 PM – 06:00 AM IST)Location: PuneKey Responsibilities:❖ Responsible for Prisma campaign data inputting in a timely manner, booking campaigns inaccordance with media plan❖ Work with the teams based in Canada to upload & setup of campaigns for Digital buys within Prisma❖ Facilitate the trafficking process by issuing Digital trafficking sheets and Insertion Order Release Forms❖ Collect creative specifications and manage digital trafficking requirements for the Ad Ops team.❖ Be responsible for billing discrepancies and produce resolutions.❖ Proficiency in campaign setup, including ad trafficking, targeting, and tracking implementation.❖ Monitor and troubleshoot campaign delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact oncampaign performance and other adhoc tasks related to planning and buying operations❖ Continuously monitor campaign performance, including key metrics such as impressions, clicks,conversions, and return on ad spend.Requirements:❖ Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience❖ 2-5 years of Digital Marketing experience or Media planning/buying operations experience❖ Experience in any of the Adservers or DSPs like CM360, GAM, GA etc. or Media buying platforms likePrisma/MediaTools etc. would be a plus.❖ Strong communications and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams andpartners.❖ Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign data and make data-drivenrecommendations.❖ Proven ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team.❖ Expert in Excel and PowerPoint❖ Comfortable working late shift (09:00 PM to 06:00 AM IST] or DM directly.Interested & Qualified candidates can directly reach out to Shweta - 8766351663 (WhatsApp Only) / shweta.s@
