Walk-In Drive - 20 & 21 Dec 2025 | Time: 9 AM to 5 PMOpen Positions: Accounts Officer/Sr. Officer - 50 Team Lead/ Sr. Team Lead -50 Assistant Manager - 20Job Location:Ahmedabad & BarodaEducational Qualifications Degrees:(Hons), ,, MBA, CA, ACCA, CPA, Preferred Category:Inter CAFor Walk-in Registration:Analytix Walk-In Drive RegistrationResponsible for overall accounting transactional activities, monthly review and closing of accounts, team supervision, and ensuring timely completion of assigned work while maintaining compliance with ISO/IEC:27001 guidelines.Primary Responsibilities Vendor Bills Processing Vendor Statement Reconciliation Bank Entries and Reconciliation Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries Preparation and mailing of customer invoices Accounts Receivable (AR) and Revenue Reconciliation Updating Document Checklist, Document Library, and Client Reports Other bookkeeping and accounting entries Sales Tax calculation and filing Payroll Reconciliation Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation, and Month-end adjustments Internal communication for routine queries and questions Review and preparation of financial statements Double-checking work done by subordinates Help management collect key data such as Work Planner, Financial Statements Submission Checklist Client Billing, especially hourly clients Protect confidential details of clients and adhere to ISO/IEC:27001 guidelinesRequired Competencies Excellent Communication Leadership & People Management Project Management Customer Relationship Management Good Logical & Reasoning SkillsRequired Knowledge Strong knowledge of Accounting and Closing EntriesRequired Work Experience Industry: KPO / Accounting Role: Accounting with team handling experienceWork Environment Details Flexible and adaptive to changes High level of commitment towards the job Active team player, helpful and supportive to colleagues and cross-functional teams
