This includes providing information about products, services, pricing, and policies.Issue Resolution: Investigating and resolving customer complaints or problems, which may involve troubleshooting technical issues, escalating complex cases to relevant departments, or processing returns/exchanges.Maintaining Records: Documenting customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.Product Knowledge: Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings to effectively assist customers.Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.Building Relationships: Fostering positive customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication.
