lines.Required Experience & QualificationsLeadership & Organization15+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience across Engineering Manager, Director, and VP roles.Proven ability to scale engineering organizations from ~20 to 50–100+, including hiring, organizational design, and leadership development.Experience operating within a multi-VP or matrixed leadership structure, collaborating rather than operating as the sole executive.Demonstrated success building high-performance, accountable engineering cultures.Product & Engineering ExecutionDeep experience leading product-engineering teams delivering commercial software (SaaS preferred).Strong track record driving predictable delivery and managing complex roadmaps.Effective partner to Product Management in prioritization, planning, and value-based decision-making.Technical ExpertiseHands-on background earlier in career as a developer or architect.Experience modernizing legacy systems, including architecture upgrades, API evolution, UI/UX modernization, cloud migration, and data modernization.Strong understanding of distributed systems, modern web and data technologies, security fundamentals, and operational readiness.Quality & SDLC MaturityExperience maturing QA functions, automation frameworks, and quality governance.Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, observability, SRE principles, and
