We build outcome-driven cooking solutions that help people cook great meals at home. We are scaling across Retail, Quick Commerce, and D2C, and we believe long-term growth comes from strong operators, not isolated functions. The RoleThis is a senior, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build and run businesses, not just growth experiments. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to drive growth across channels and functions, with a clear path to larger business leadership responsibilities over time. This role is intended for someone who can eventually grow into a CBO/COO–type role as Cookd scales. What you will be responsible forYou will own Cookd’s overall growth agenda across D2C, marketing, retail influence, and new growth initiatives. You will identify, prioritize, and execute the highest-impact growth levers across acquisition, conversion, retention, and distribution. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, D2C, Category, and Operations teams to drive execution. You will define metrics, targets, and operating guardrails for growth and ensure disciplined execution. You will run structured experiments, track outcomes, and scale what works while shutting down what doesn’t.You will help build systems, processes, and teams that make growth repeatable, not founder-dependent.What we expect from youYou have strong experience driving growth and business outcomes in consumer companies (D2C, FMCG, or adjacent). You think like a business owner and are comfortable owning numbers, trade-offs, and outcomes. You can zoom out strategically and zoom in operationally when needed. You operate with very high ownership and do not wait for instructions or perfect information. You are interested in long-term leadership responsibility, not a short-term “growth role”.
