Our space is designed to feel cozy, vibrant, and full of personality — reflecting the passion and creativity behind every dish.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Guest Services Associate for our new outlet at M3M IFC, Sector 66, Gurgaon.This is a full-time, on-site role.The Guest Services Associate will be the face of So Tammy’s — welcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, managing dine-in flow, handling reservations and queries, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, attentive service.Key Responsibilities:- Warmly greet guests and assist them throughout their visit - Manage seating, reservations, and guest flow during busy hours - Communicate menu offerings confidently and make recommendations - Address customer queries, feedback, and concerns professionally - Coordinate smoothly with kitchen and service teams - Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area - Uphold So Tammy’s hospitality standards and create memorable guest experiencesQualifications- Strong customer service and guest-handling skills - Excellent communication—listening, speaking, and interpersonal abilities - Friendly, confident, and proactive personality - Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment - Team-player with attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Prior experience in hospitality, cafés, or restaurants is preferred but not mandatory - Freshers with strong communication skills and the right attitude are welcome
