@ GURUGRAM, CEO required for one of the Biggest Apparel manufacturing company with State of art in-house manufacturing facilities catering to some of the most popular USA, European & UK fashion Brands.Exp: 30 - 36 yrs/ openSalary; INR 1.86 -2.22 Cr PA / (nego) (+ Profit sharing )Will initially be required to handle Approx. USD 300 million pa business as a PCH.Must be from Marketing & Business Development backgroundWill be fully responsible to meet and maintain the Top lineWill be required to travel extensively with the marketing team to meet buyers, be a part of presentations, attend fairs, etc – also for sourcing of fabric, trims, accessories, etc as & when requiredStrengths in handling most of the products (Knits, woven, denims, Sportswear, Activewear, etc ) & categories ( Men, Women, Kids, Toddler ) is a mustProfessionals must have a strong business acumenShould have an eye to understand the handwriting of the brand quickly & create a business opportunityPrefer professional with international work experience and at similar level / Position.Prefer Professionals with formal education in Garment Manufacturing, Fashion, Design etc from a premium instituteShould have excellent communication skills ( Written and Verbal ) and presentations skills.Should have strong people and work management skills.Should be a Strong leader and a team player.Reporting to the Board.
