Role Description:We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in SQL Database Development, .NET Core, Dapper, and Angular + AG Grid. This is an end-to-end role requiring independent execution from complex DB design to IIS deploymentKey Responsibilities1. SQL Database Development (Performance Focus)- Write and optimize complex Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, and SQL Queries. - Performance Tuning: Manage indexing strategies, fragmentation, and optimize execution plans. - Optimization: Convert Entity Framework operations into Stored Procedures for speed. - Handle DML operations (Insert, Update, Delete) with transactional integrity.2. Backend Development (.NET Core / C# / Dapper)- Build backend apps using C# .NET Core and MVC architecture. - Design DAL and robust APIs using Dapper ORM (essential for high-speed queries). - Implement secure auth (JWT/Role-based) and follow SOLID/Clean Code principles. - Manage version control via Git/GitHub.3. Frontend Development (Angular + AG Grid)- Develop responsive UIs using Angular 16+. - AG Grid Expertise: Implement sorting, filtering, grouping, pagination, server-side binding, and custom cell renderers/editors. - Ensure modular component design and optimize DOM/UI performance.4.
