We produce high-quality audio for short dramas, OTT content, films, and digital media, delivering technically precise and emotionally engaging storytelling for global audiences.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi for an Audio / Sound Engineer. The role involves managing end-to-end audio production for short dramas and OTT content, including recording, editing, mixing, mastering, and quality control. Remote or Work From Home is not permitted for this role.Key Responsibilities Recording & Session HandlingSet up and manage recording sessions for dialogue, dubbing, and voiceovers Guide voice artists on mic technique, performance, and technical standards Ensure clean signal flow, proper gain staging, and minimal noise Editing, Mixing & Mastering Edit and clean dialogue tracks (noise reduction, clicks, pops as required) Align dialogue to picture with accurate sync and lip-sync Mix and master audio to project-specific loudness and delivery specs Balance dialogue, music, and SFX; export final mixes and stemsQuality Control (QC)Perform detailed QC checks on all deliverables Verify sync, clarity, levels, formats, and file naming Identify and fix artefacts, clipping, phase, or channel issues Workflow & Collaboration Maintain organized sessions, templates, and backups Coordinate with Team Leaders, directors, and production teams Support tight delivery schedules and fast revision cyclesCandidate RequirementsProfessional experience as an Audio / Sound Engineer in dubbing, VO, or post-production Hands-on experience with Pro Tools, Reaper, Nuendo, or Adobe Audition Strong understanding of recording chains, audio formats, and loudness standards Excellent attention to detail, especially for dialogue clarity and QC Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlinesWork ConditionsOn-site only – New Delhi Remote / Work From Home not allowed Must be available during working hours Strong coordination with production and creative teams requiredWhy Join Sukudo StudiosWork on professional short drama and OTT projects Exposure to dubbing, localization, and broadcast workflows Collaborative studio environment with experienced professionals Growth opportunities in sound and post-production
