At present, we are looking to hire a Junior Designer for our Corporate Design & Build projects, with proficiency in Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up & Enscape and with a great Communication & Presentation Skills.Qualification : B-Arch only.Selection Criteria : Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in - ● Corporate Interior Test-Fit Layouts.● Concept Design Presentation.● GFC Drawings Preparation.● Vendor Management.● Materials Mock-up.● Site Coordination.Roles & Responsibilities :● The candidate might have to work under very stringent timeline for pitch projects and on project deliverable. ● The candidate will work in tandem with different groups of designers, project managers and QS so as to ensure smooth project design delivery. ● The candidate will work toward the successful design transformation through construction phase and ensure execution accuracy of design. ● The candidate will attend client and vendor meetings and ensure smooth coordination for transferring the information. ● The candidate will coordinate with vendors for mock up and samples approval.
