Job Role•Report daily desk wise bond, equity portfolio other financial MIS to Senior Management•Analysis and distribute monthly income/cost to respective business desk•Prepare Financial budgets as per the guidance from Central team•Analysis of Income and cost variances and investigate reason for variances•Co-ordination with operation, Central finance, compliance, BSG etc. and resolve issues•Ad-hoc Business desk requirement to be providedJob Requirements•CA/MBA(preferred) with a total work experience of 2-4 years•Basic knowledge of various treasury products [including fixed income & money market, forex & derivatives]•Excellent knowledge of excel, ability to use excel tools for Report/MIS generation with huge data•Knowledge of core systems – Finacle & Calypso•Strong communication skills (written and oral), eye for detail•Solution oriented, proactive in approach•Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks •Excellent team player & coordinator
