Our mission: to unlock the voice of the customer for every product team on the planet. About the role We are hiring a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CTO. This role is designed for someone who can operate with high ownership across unclear problem spaces , support execution on critical initiatives, and reduce operational bottlenecks at the CTO level. The Chief of Staff will work across engineering, product, hiring, and internal operations where required. The focus is on judgment, prioritisation, and follow-through , especially in situations where problems are not fully defined.
