The responsibilities include leading design and engineering activities for solar projects, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety regulations. Additional tasks include optimizing project designs for efficiency, reviewing designs for technical accuracy, coordinating with clients and project teams, and staying updated with advancements in solar and renewable energy technologies.QualificationsDemonstrated experience and skills in Design & Engineering of Ground - mounted Solar Power ProjectsProficient in using design and simulation softwares (PVSyst, AutoCad etc)In-depth understanding of renewable energy technologies and related industry standardsExceptional problem-solving and project management skillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical or related fields)Experience in BESS/EV is an advantageJoining - Immediate
