Company Urban Plant – A fast-growing D2C home gardening & lifestyle brand 500,000+ customers | Multi-platform presence | Scaling aggressively About the Role We are looking for a hands-on Senior E-Commerce Executive who will own and scale our presence across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and others . This is an end-to-end role , not a support role. You will be responsible for catalog, sales, ads coordination, inventory, operations, and performance tracking , working closely with internal teams and external partners. If you understand how marketplaces actually work on the ground and enjoy taking ownership of numbers , this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Operations (End-to-End Ownership) Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces Ensure catalog accuracy, listing health, pricing, offers, and visibility Coordinate with catalog, ops, and warehouse teams for smooth order flow Monitor order fulfillment, cancellations, RTOs, and returns Sales & Performance Management Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance Analyze marketplace reports to identify growth opportunities & issues Drive sales through offer planning, deal participation, and optimization Ensure adherence to platform SLAs and policies Ads & Visibility Coordination Work closely with the ads/marketing team to: Share product insights Highlight best-selling and high-potential SKUs Improve organic + paid visibility Monitor basic ad performance metrics (ROAS, ACOS, spend efficiency) Inventory & Forecasting Plan inventory based on sales velocity and seasonality Coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking Maintain inventory health across all platforms Reporting & MIS Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports Track KPIs like: Sales Returns Listing health Stock status Flag risks early and propose corrective actions Who We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills 2–5 years of experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces Strong understanding of: Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub Listing & catalog management Order lifecycle & marketplace policies Data-driven mindset with good Excel / Google Sheets skills Strong coordination and execution ability Good to Have Experience in D2C brands or high-volume catalogs Basic understanding of Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads Experience working with WMS or order management systems Prior exposure to seasonal sales, events, and scaling phases What You’ll Get Opportunity to own and scale large marketplace accounts Work directly with the founder & leadership team Fast-paced learning environment with real decision-making exposure Competitive compensation + performance growth opportunities Why Urban Plant At Urban Plant, we don’t hire people to “manage tasks.” We hire people to own outcomes .
