Position Title : Jr Program Associate– Scholar Process Full Time ( 8hrs/day / 40hrs/week) Remuneration Rs 20,000 - 24,000 per month (depending on experience) Location : Chennai Only (Hybrid – Minimum 2 days a week at Nungambakkam office) Availability - Monday to Friday; - 10 AM – 4 PM, and 7 PM – 10 PM – Some Weekend hours as needed Responsibilities 1. Manage scholar process end to end . • Manage the entire approval process including doc verification/ interviews / reference checks / home visits (with the team) for scholarships • Manage periodic touch points with scholars • Training (Yearly Mandatory training) / Internship Mentorship – Connect Professional Mentors / Alumni Mentors with scholars Manage Annual and Periodic Get togethers of Scholars / Donor Visits • Periodic reporting to donors and management with relevant dashboards * Manage Alumni relations and process 2. Any and all related activities surrounding the NGO presence in India 3. Connections and relationships with India CSRs a huge plus 4.
