The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural projects, developing creative designs, working drawings, detailing and ensuring they align with sustainability principles. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating architectural plans, collaborating with clients and internal teams, managing projects to completion, and integrating innovative solutions into designs.Qualifications and skillsBachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)0-2 years experienceProficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong portfolio of creative projects.Knowledge of Architectural Softwares for 2D and 3D development and Integration tools relevant to architectural design and project execution.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Knowledge of Interior design is a plus.Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies is advantageous.Passion for sustainable and innovative design solutions is a plus.
