With over 45 tech-enabled warehouses covering approximately 2.5 million square feet and a logistics network spanning 24,000+ pin codes, Prozo ensures a seamless delivery experience for B2B, B2C, and D2C customers.Role Overview:As part of the Real Estate team, the Assistant Manager of Real Estate plays a critical role in identifying, negotiating, and finalizing properties to support Prozo’s expansion across India. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure that all properties meet the company's requirements and are onboarded in a timely and efficient manner.Key Responsibilities:Planning and Supply Management: Collaborate with the Business Development team to create both short and long-term supply plans for fulfillment centers. Ensure a steady pipeline of properties to meet the company’s growth needs.Property Identification and Finalization: Identify new properties that align with the company's requirements. Work with the Business Development team to finalize the most suitable locations.Liaison and Negotiation: Build strong relationships with landlords and real estate consultants. Lead negotiations on lease terms to secure favorable deals for Prozo.Pipeline Development: Maintain and update a comprehensive pipeline of real estate opportunities. Keep track of upcoming developments and opportunities.Market Mapping Survey: Conduct detailed market surveys to identify and analyze potential new locations for expansion.Legal Documentation: Manage all legal paperwork related to lease agreements, including lease deeds, KYC, and lease registration. Ensure the timely completion of all necessary documents.Internal Coordination: Act as a liaison between landlords and internal teams, including Finance, Legal, and Operations. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration for property handovers.Timely Agreements Closure: Ensure lease agreements are closed in a timely manner, ensuring compliance and coordination between internal legal teams and landlords.Property Handover and Maintenance: Oversee pre- and post-handover work within the landlord’s scope. Ensure regular maintenance of properties post-handover and act as the single point of contact for the Operations team to ensure that maintenance is completed on time and properties are well manager on a day to day basis.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in warehousing or related industries.Skills:Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in real estate.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects.Self-starter, collaborative, and able to make decisions in challenging scenarios.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with landlords, brokers, and senior stakeholders.
