AVP – Delivery Management (London Market Insurance)Location: Pune Experience: 15+ Years Travel: Quarterly travel to Delhi/NCRRole OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned Delivery Management Leader (AVP level) with extensive experience in the London Insurance Market (Lloyd’s of London / UK Market) to lead large-scale delivery operations. The role will oversee end-to-end delivery across IBA Accounting, Onboarding, Risk Processing, and Claims functions, managing a 100+ member delivery team.This is a senior leadership role requiring strong expertise in people management, process optimization, and client engagement, with full ownership of delivery outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end delivery for IBA Accounting, Onboarding, Risk Processing, and Claims teamsOwn delivery governance, service quality, SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiativesManage and mentor large delivery teams (100+ headcount) across operationsAct as the primary escalation point for clients and internal stakeholdersDrive process excellence, operational efficiency, and risk mitigationPartner with clients in the London / UK Insurance Market, ensuring strong relationship managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, compliance, and transition teamsSupport audits, regulatory requirements, and client reviewsTravel to Delhi/NCR once per quarter for stakeholder and leadership engagementsRequired Experience & Skills:15+ years of experience in Delivery / Operations Management within InsuranceCurrent or recent experience in a Delivery Lead / AVP-level roleStrong London Market exposure (Lloyd’s of London / UK Market) – mandatoryProven experience managing large delivery teams (100+ FTEs)Hands-on experience across IBA Accounting, Risk Processing, Claims, and OnboardingStrong expertise in People Management, Process Improvement, and Client ManagementExcellent stakeholder communication and leadership skillsExperience driving transformation, stabilization, and scale-up engagement
