Some of our service offerings include:Digital MarketingBrandingDesignProduction Role Overview:We’re looking for a HR Generalist to work directly with the founder. You’ll be responsible for hiring, employee engagement & retention, formulating policies & periodic performance reviews. As the company grows, you’ll also have the opportunity to scale the HR team and shape the playbook. This is an on-site role based in Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai, with an expectation of working from the office 5 days a week. Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for all roles within the agency. This includes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and extending offersOnboarding: Design and execute a structured, engaging onboarding program for new hiresCultural Stewardship: Act as a custodian of the Skadoosh culture, implementing initiatives that promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environmentConflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, providing impartial advice and resolution Performance Review Cycle: Design and administer a robust, periodic performance review systemHR Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases & processes, and ensure all compensation and benefits related to payroll, attendance are documented What We're Looking For:3–4 years of experience in Human Resources ManagementPrior experience in Agencies is highly preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Someone who is proactive, organised, patient and positiveComfortable working on-site in Mumbai for most of the week What You Get:Fixed monthly salary: ₹45,000 – 50,000 based on experienceIncentives based on performance (positions closed)Chance to work directly with the founding team and lead the HR function as we scaleExposure to a creative, high-impact marketing teamRepresent a team that works with industry leaders across Hospitality, Alcobev, Real Estate & FMCG clients.
