Astrotalk Store is looking for a Gemstone Lead to own and scale our gemstone vertical end-to-end. This role will be responsible for building vendor partnerships, ensuring authenticity, and managing the complete gemstone supply chain for our D2C business.What You’ll Do:Own the entire gemstone function and scaling from 1-10 at Astrotalk StoreSource, onboard, and manage trusted gemstone vendorsEnsure authenticity, quality checks, and certification of all gemstonesDefine and implement quality standards and SOPs for gemstonesWork closely with category, procurement, operations, and growth teamsManage pricing, margins, inventory planning, and availabilityStay updated on gemstone trends, sourcing markets, and complianceLead and manage the gemstone team and daily operationsWho are you :3+ years of experience in either gemstone sourcing, trading, or jewellery supply chains or have experience in leading D2C teams in fast paced environment.Strong understanding of gemstone authenticity, grading, and certificationExisting network of reliable gemstone vendors and suppliersHigh ownership mindset with attention to detail and qualityStrong stakeholder management and leadership skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentLocation : Gurugram ( Work from Office)More about Astrotalk Store: Astrotalk Store is a fast-growing D2C brand at the intersection of spirituality and design.
