Technical Recruiter - Engineering (Construction/Manufacturing)Location: BengaluruEST Timings DataSoft Technologies is looking for a talented and driven Technical Recruiter/ Sourcer to help continue growing its Staffing Services Business.What we are looking for:Must have full life cycle experience in US Staffing involving Technical Recruiting/ Sourcing for Engineering positions. A demonstrated career progression in Technical recruiting.Should have a deep understanding of labor categories and other technical terms.Experience recruiting highly tenured and technical candidates, especially US Citizens.Well-versed with various work visas (H1B, H4, E3, TN, EADs), tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and other terms used in staffing.Hands-on experience with Industry Standard Applicant Tracking System(s), recruiting tools/databases, and strategiesCollaborate effectively with the recruiting lead/manager to achieve stated individual and team objectives & goalsBachelor's Degree in technology, Science or BusinessThe recruiters need to have experience recruiting in the construction and manufacturing industries.ResponsibilitiesSource: Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting applicants via job boards (monster/dice/CareerBuilder), familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (JobDiva nice to have), social media recruiting (LinkedIn, Google Search, X-Ray Searches); Posting job advertisements; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; maintaining rapport with applicants;Develop candidate network, manage pipeline and recruiting lifecycle.Qualify/Screen: Determine and evaluate applicant's qualifications by analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements, interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications; verifying references; building good relationships and reputation with each candidate for long-term association;Submittal/Interviews: Meeting daily/weekly targets by submitting a quality candidate for our clients' various vertical Projects and formatting resumes according to clients' needs.Follow Company standard recruiting and quality processes.Personal Traits and Skills:The following skills and abilities are sought and should be expressed in individuals interested in the position:Effective written and oral communication skills.Good team player with learning skills.Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.Effective negotiating and decision-making skills.Ability to maintain a laser focus, high energy, and an exceptional work ethic.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.Be highly process & quality oriented.Compensation: Market competitive, which includes Base and Variable payQualificationsPrior US Recruitment/ Sourcing (Must)Excellent communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Microsoft Office suite, HRMS/HRIS, JobDiva & ATS Platform
