About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Automation Developer (Fresher / Entry-Level) who is eager to build a career in AI, Data Engineering, and Automation. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python, Data Analysis, Excel, and Web Technologies and a keen interest in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and data-driven problem solving. This role offers an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and learn how to design automated data workflows, integrate AI tools, and support data-driven business decisions. __________________________________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with teams across departments (Finance, Risk, HR, IT, etc.) on data-related tasks. • Assist in developing and maintaining data automation tools and workflows. • Work with Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) for data processing and analysis. • Create and enhance Excel reports and dashboards using advanced formulas and macros. • Support web scraping and data extraction from various online sources. • Learn to integrate AI/LLM models (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) into automation projects. • Help in managing and organizing data on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.). • Contribute to data migration and validation projects. • Continuously explore ways to improve automation and efficiency through AI tools. ______________________________________________________________________________________________Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Good understanding of Python programming and libraries like Pandas or NumPy. • Good knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and basic macros). • Familiarity with web scraping tools (Beautiful Soup, Selenium, etc.) is a plus. • Interest in AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or LangChain. • Basic understanding of databases or cloud data storage (AWS/Azure/Digital ocean) preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to different business domains.
