_Urgent opening for India's Number 1 Interior Design Firm_Designation : Senior Interior DesignerLocation: BengaluruBudget: Up to 8 LPA (Hike Given basis current Fixed CTC) + Exciting Perks*About the Role:*_Senior Interior Designer to lead and manage high-value residential interior design projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in handling premium home interior projects. This role requires an individual with exceptional design skills, project management capabilities, and the ability to work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative and functional design solutions_*Key Responsibilities:*-Lead and manage high-value residential interior design projects from concept to completion.-Working closely with the sales team to ensure that customer is being pitched with good presentation and gets onboarded in Bonito Designs.-Work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget constraints.-Develop and present innovative design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations.-Oversee space planning, material selection, and furniture sourcing.-Ensure seamless coordination with architects, contractors, and vendors for project execution.-Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality standards.-Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and cutting-edge design techniques.*Experience & Education Required:*-Minimum 4-8 yrs years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of handling high-value residential projects.-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.-Experience in designing luxury residential projects.-Certification in interior design or affiliations with design organizations.-Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.-Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar design software.*Key Skills and Attributes:*-Strong understanding of luxury home interiors, space planning, and design aesthetics.-Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.-Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture design.-Experience in vendor and contractor coordination for high-end residential projects.-Passion for staying ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new*This role is an opportunity to redefine the way people experience their homes while setting new industry benchmarks for innovation, customer delight, and operational excellence.
