Role Summary:The Capacity and Resource Management (C&RM) Team Senior will be an integral member of the C&RM Team supporting such functions as updating and tracking resource and engagement forecasts, analyzing forecasting and utilization trends, as well as other data management responsibilities. They continuously engage in conversations with their stakeholders to understand the project pipeline, skills requirements, and open needs to provide insights into issues concerning capacity and deployment, thus enabling effective management of resources INDUS (GT).He/she must build strong relationships with the U.S.-based SRM team, U.S. based Client-facing staff, and all leadership by providing excellent customer service, producing accurate data entry and reporting, and properly managing issues upward.The senior will report directly to the INDUS Capacity Lead and meet regularly with the INDUS Capacity Lead to set expectations, prioritize tasks, review data and address outstanding issues. Location : Bangalore, India ResponsibilitiesAs an SA-RM, you will work directly with the business and own responsibility for a particular unit within a service line or location or as defined by the function-specific service line. You will own the business metrics for this group operationalize RM strategy for them. Some of the key deliverables will be:Plan and execute processes around demand forecasting, campus deployments, bench management, demand-supply gap management.Own governance and review of all RM parameters and collaborate with business to drive the metrics data research, analysis, and reconciliation.Build a network with the business leaders, managers. Conduct regular practitioner connects to have deep understanding of ground dynamics.Conflict management of schedules, smooth rollover planning.Accurately process all forecast updates within 24 to 48 hours of receipt; to include individual resource updates, engagement updates, and/or ad hoc requests.Highlight conflicts and identify resources with full or partial availability.Connect with U.S. based C&RM team and/or U.S. based Client-facing staff on an ad hoc basis to understand challenges faced and to update staffing requests accordingly.Responsible for data management of assigned population(s) to ensure resumes and skills profiles are current, forecasting is timely and accurate.Reports to be prepared on a regular basis using Excel and other reporting too Skills:Strong attention to detail-CriticalExcellent organizational skills, deadline-oriented and flexibility to meet the changing needs of the roleLeadership skillsConflict resolution and problem solvingFunctional expertiseBusiness insightsRelationship building and collaborationTeam playerEffective communication and networkingStrong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft ExcelAptitude to learn and leverage new technologyAbility to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positivelyProven ability to maintain confidentiality while balancing business needs Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications Master’s in Business, Management, Finance, HRTotal experience of 4 to 6 years and minimum relevant experience of four years in RM capacityBig 4 experience a plusMBA in HRMS Excel and MS office/tools experienceInterested candidates can share their CVs to priyanka.dhondiyal@
