Ensure adherence to ERM framework, regulatory requirements, and risk management policies while supporting strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Monitor enterprise, operational, insurance, and investment risksDevelop and implement ERM strategies, objectives, policies, and proceduresConduct Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and IFCOR processesMonitor risk appetite against defined limits and regulatory thresholdsMaintain risk registers for enterprise, operational, and emerging risksConduct quality reviews and participate in strategic planning, product, and distribution decisionsOperate Third-Party Risk framework and incident management processesDesign, monitor, and report key risk indicators with limits and thresholdsCoordinate corrective action plans and publish risk dashboardsLead risk reviews, committee meetings, and reporting to Risk Committee and BoardFacilitate organization-wide risk awareness and training initiativesChallenge business decisions to ensure compliance with risk policies and frameworkRequired Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of Insurance Risk Management concepts, particularly in General InsuranceAbility to work both as a team manager and individual contributorAnalytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience in risk assessment, risk reporting, and mitigation planningEducationPG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, CA in Any SpecializationHow to Apply:If you are excited to be part of a team dedicated to innovation and excellence, please submit your resume.
