Key ResponsibilitiesClient ServicingAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.Understand client briefs and translate them into effective OOH media plans.Prepare proposals, media plans, and cost estimates.Present plans, reports, and post-campaign analyses to clients.OOH Planning & BuyingPlan and recommend suitable OOH formats (billboards, hoardings, transit, metro, airport, street furniture, etc.).Assist in site selection, market mapping, and reach optimization.Coordinate with vendors for rates, availability, and negotiations.Campaign ExecutionManage end-to-end execution of OOH campaigns across markets.Ensure timely artwork adaptation, printing, and installation.Monitor quality checks, proof of performance (POP), and compliance.Vendor & Operations ManagementCoordinate with OOH vendors, printers, and installers.Track release orders, invoices, and documentation.Ensure adherence to safety norms and local regulations.Reporting & AnalysisShare regular campaign updates and execution status with clients.Prepare post-campaign reports including photos, visibility analysis, and insights.Track budgets and support billing closures.Required Skills & Qualifications2–3 years of experience in OOH / Outdoor advertising (agency or media owner side).Strong understanding of OOH formats, markets, and execution processes.Good communication, presentation, and client management skills.Ability to handle multiple campaigns and tight timelines.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools.Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field.Preferred (Good to Have)Experience handling multi-city or pan-India OOH campaigns.Exposure to DOOH formats and measurement tools.Strong vendor network in key markets.
