Committed to purity and sustainability, Satv Dairy brings authentic and high-quality health foods to its customers.Role Summary:Responsible for smooth operations of multiple Satv Dairy stores including staff management, stock control, logistics coordination, expiry & returns monitoring, store hygiene, collections, and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of all assigned stores.Manage staff scheduling, grooming, discipline, and training.Ensure proper stock levels, FIFO, expiry checks, and returns.Coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment.Maintain store hygiene, product display, and uniform standards.Handle daily sales collections, UPI/POS settlements, and reporting.Resolve customer issues and improve service quality.Maintain store booking records, rent/electricity bills, and documentation.Submit daily/weekly MIS reports to management.RequirementsGraduate with 3–5 years’ experience in retail operations.Strong people-management and communication skills.Ability to handle multi-store operations and frequent travel.Knowledge of stock management and customer service.
