We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity - Claims Management team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd . This role will be based in Bengaluru.. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Process Associate – Claims Management We will count on you to: Claims Processing: Receive, verify, and process client claims as per defined SOPs and timelines. Claim Review & Analysis: Analyze each claim to ensure completeness and compliance. Identify and document reasons for claim rejections or delays. Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, insurers, and internal departments to resolve issues related to claim status or documentation. Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with insurance companies and stakeholders for claim approvals, rejections, and settlements. Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on claim status, turnaround time (TAT), pending cases, and rejection trends. Documentation: Maintain proper records and audit trails for all claims processed and correspondence made. Process Improvement: Recommend enhancements to streamline claims handling, reduce rework, and improve client satisfaction. What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (commerce, insurance, or related field preferred) 3–5 years of experience in insurance claims processing or a similar back-office operations role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and report creation Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously and work in a deadline-driven environment Knowledge of insurance policies, claim processes, and rejection codes (preferred) What makes you stand out?
