The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions to ensure satisfaction, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve the customer experience. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain accurate records of interactions, ensuring smooth communication with clients and stakeholders.QualificationsStrong proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer SatisfactionExcellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship-buildingAbility to provide Technical Support and resolve issues with efficiencySharp Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvementProactive and solution-oriented mindsetProficient in documentation and maintaining accurate customer recordsMinimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field; experience in the textile industry is a plusProficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is beneficial
