Learn more at XoraSoft.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Principal Systems Architect, based in India, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Principal Systems Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient system architectures. Key responsibilities include assessing project requirements, providing technical leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in system design. The individual will also oversee system integration, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure alignment with business goals.QualificationsWe need DevOps / Platform Architect–heavy, not runtime/kernel-level architect–heavy.Need expertise in the below.Linux filesystem internals (OverlayFS, VirtioFS, EROFS, FUSE)Rust systems programmingBuilding container runtimes / low-level infraOCI image specs & content-addressable storageContainer runtime internals (CRI, OCI, containerd)Strong expertise in systems architecture, including designing scalable and secure solutionsProficiency in DevOps practices, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and change managementExtensive knowledge of data management, data operations, and DataOps methodologiesExperience with data quality assurance and analytics for actionable business insightsExceptional leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in hybrid work environmentsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldRelevant certifications in system architecture, cloud platforms, or DataOps are a plus
