About ROSAE Rosae Beauty is a luxury beauty house inspired by Rajasthan’s royal heritage, architecture, and enduring culture of adornment, with a special focus on Jaipur. Our vision is to blend centuries-old craftsmanship—seen in the region’s palaces, textiles, and jewelry—with modern formulation science to create beauty products that feel premium, meaningful, and culturally rooted. Role Overview As a Product Design Intern, you will contribute to building the foundational design language of ROSAE. This role offers hands-on exposure to luxury product development—from early inspiration and material study to form exploration and packaging concepts. Responsibilities Develop product and visual moodboards aligned with ROSAE’s luxury aesthetic Create concept sketches for lipstick bullets, compacts, palettes, and accessories Research materials, finishes, surface treatments, and components suitable for premium beauty packaging Build colour references, texture maps, and finish explorations Study Jaipur, Mughal, and Rajasthani motifs and translate them into contemporary design elements Assist with CAD drafts or digital renderings (where applicable) Create a structured 50-board Inspiration Archive for the ROSAE design system Collaborate with heritage researchers and business strategy interns What We’re Looking For Student (any discipline with strong design skills) from a top-tier school like NID, NIFT, etc.. Aesthetic sensitivity and refined taste Strong visual research abilities Comfort with Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CAD Ability to deliver fast, polished output Obsession with beauty, luxury, and storytelling
