The candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless, impactful, and cost-effective experiences for students and educators.Job Responsibilities: Educational Events& ToursPlan, organise, and execute educational events aligned with academic objectives.Design and customise course category or product category, considering budgets, student safety, and curricular needs.Manage end-to-end logistics: transportation, accommodation, activities, and educational components.Provide on-ground support during events ensuring participant satisfaction and safety.Course Category & Product DevelopmentDesign and structure new course categories and offerings.Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify new opportunities.Plan and execute the launch of new categories/products on .Monitor performance of launched categories and suggest improvements.Vendor ManagementIdentify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendorsNegotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms.Cultivate long-term vendor partnerships while ensuring alignment with company standards.Conduct regular quality checks and resolve discrepancies swiftly.Financials & ReportingDevelop and manage budgets for courses, and events, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.Track expenses, ensure financial compliance, and prepare performance reports.Contribute to sales insights, pricing strategies, and customer value propositions.Continuous Improvement & Customer SatisfactionGather feedback from clients, students, and educators to enhance offerings.Analyze participant experiences and market data to drive improvements.Support sales and marketing teams with data-driven recommendationsJob Knowledge (Prerequisite)Proven experience in educational category management and events managementKnowledge of market analysis, product launch cycles, and vendor coordination.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Education Qualifications Required:Graduate/Post Graduate [preferably Business Administration/Management] from a recognized institution.Experience:Minimum of 7 - 11 years of Experience in the similar role.
