IntroductionWithin ArcelorMittal Europe - Flat Products CIO, the department “Digital & IT CMO” (D&IT CMO) is an IT organization with proximity with Flat commercial business, which is responsible for the implementation of Business Processes and the interface management between operational Business stakeholders and IT providers.D&IT CMO main stakeholders are the Business owners of the different CMO processes, the end users (Sales Agencies & Order Management Platforms), Supply Chain, Industrial Clusters, and mills within the Flat Europe scope.The main Missions of our Department are:Steer / Support Legacy Information Systems (Performance, user support, Budget).Drive the Evolution of Legacy Information Systems (Adapt to New business needs, deploy, optimize): Concentrate Business processes & systems Expertise.Support Innovation & transformation.What does the job entail?As a Scrum Master within the Order to Delivery Domain, you will guide the team(s) and organization in effectively applying the Agile framework. Your role will involve supporting the Product Owner, Development Team, and stakeholders to adopt an agile mindset while implementing agile and lean practices across the organization.As an agile servant leader, you will provide direction that aligns with program objectives, fostering a cultural and mindset shift toward collaborative, agile teamwork. In addition to coaching at the team level, you may also help drive agile adoption through training initiatives. Close alignment with program management and supporting teams is essential, as is active participation in the Community of Practice for Scrum Masters.We are seeking a Scrum Master to help lead the organization in the application of Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams (QA, Software, Operations) to deliver high-impact applications successfully.Key Responsibilities:Drive Scrum Adoption: Lead the implementation of Scrum practices, as outlined in the Scrum Guide and customized for ArcelorMittal, on a daily basis. This includes organizing meetings, supporting the Scrum Team in reporting, data analysis, and forecasting.Impediment Resolution: Take ownership of identifying and resolving impediments to team progress, applying an analytical and problem-solving approach.Facilitate Collaboration: Leverage exceptional communication and collaboration skills to motivate and empower team members, fostering a positive and high-performing team environment.Champion Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement efforts within the team and beyond, through activities such as:Developing T-shaped team members.Enhancing visual management practices.Leading agile maturity scans.Managing improvement backlogs.Promote Engineering Best Practices: Support the adoption of engineering practices, such as test automation, to improve quality and efficiency.Align Improvement Initiatives: Ensure alignment between team-level and program-level improvement initiatives, helping the organization continuously evolve.Who are we looking for?We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical SAP background and significant experience as a Technical Architect or Systems Engineer, particularly in multi-component applications within an Agile environment. You should be adept at challenging architectural and technical solutions, contributing to development when needed, and managing technically focused projects.Key Competencies:Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled Agile environment (supporting 6+ teams).Scrum Master certification.Capable of managing up to 5 Scrum teams.Experience with ALM tools (preferably Jira).Proficient in collaboration tools such as MS Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint.Eager to understand ArcelorMittal’s environment and culture, using this insight to guide agile adoption.Familiarity with complex industrial, supply chain, or steel-making processes, or a strong willingness to learn.Solid understanding of IT systems and processes.Ideally, experience in technical contexts like microservices, SAP solutions, SQL, secured REST APIs.Strong team player with a stakeholder-oriented approach, adaptable to complex and evolving environments.Fluent in English (both spoken and written).If your skills and experience align with our requirements, we invite you to join our team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT processes and system quality.Why joining us?
