Job Summary The Internal English Language Trainer will be responsible for improving the English communication skills of The Language SKOOL’s internal team members. The role focuses on enhancing spoken English, written communication, and professional language usage to ensure clear, confident, and effective communication across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular English language training sessions for internal team members. Assess current communication levels and identify areas for improvement. Develop and deliver customised lesson plans focusing on spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and business communication. Conduct group discussions, role-plays, and practical exercises in communication. Provide individual feedback and progress reports to learners. Encourage consistent language practice in workplace communication. Collaborate with management to align training goals with team performance needs. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality during all sessions.11 AM - 8 PM English Trainer. Excellent spoken and written English skills. Prior experience in English language training (corporate or academic). Strong understanding of business English and workplace communication. Ability to design engaging, interactive learning modules.
