Job Title: Textile Export Manager Industry: Textile Location: Mumbai – Lower Parel Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Textile Export Manager to manage and grow international business for finished textile products and raw materials , including strong control over export operations and receivables. Key Responsibilities Manage export sales and operations for finished goods and raw materials Develop and maintain international buyer relationships Handle export inquiries, costing, and price negotiations Manage order processing from confirmation to shipment Coordinate with production, quality, sourcing, and logistics teams Prepare, review, and manage export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, LC, etc.) Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms Prepare, analyze, and regularly monitor receivables ageing analysis; follow up with buyers and coordinate with accounts/banks for timely payment realization Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, and banks Identify and develop new export markets Prepare sales, shipment, and ageing MIS reports for management Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of textile products, raw materials & finishing In-depth understanding of export procedures & documentation Proven experience in handling LC, DP, DA, and open account Hands-on experience in ageing analysis and payment follow-ups Excellent English communication & negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and reporting tools Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Textiles / International Business / Commerce EXIM certification preferred
