Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented EM OP (Evaluation and Management – Outpatient) Medical Coder to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in coding for outpatient E&M services and possess strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and coding guidelines.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:Extracting relevant information from patient recordsExamining documents for missing informationAssigning CPT, HCPCS, ICD to9/ICD10CM, APC, DRG and ASA codesEnsuring documents are grammatically correct and free from typing errorsPerforming chart auditsInforming supervisor of issues with equipment and computer programEnsuring compliance with medical coding policies and guidelinesEnsuring that codes tally with doctors’ diagnosisBe updated about new coding rules as codes change from time to timeCollecting and distributing coding related information and billing issuesRequired Expertise & Qualification:Life Science graduation or any equivalent graduation with Anatomy/Physiology as main subjects2 to 4 years of work experience as a medical coderAny one of the following coding certifications CPC, COC, CCSProficient computer skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong people skills & Outstanding organizational skillsAbility to maintain the confidentiality of informationIf Interested in the above Position, please forward your Updated CV -Email: roshan.xavier@ Mobile: 7907474780
