This platform empowers our engineering community with self-service automation capabilities, enabling them to provision and manage cloud infrastructure efficiently. You'll be working with a distributed team of 12 talented engineers across our US and MTA offices, creating and enhancing the infrastructure-as-code foundation that drives our developer productivity.Job Responsibilities:Design and Develop IAC Solutions (50% hands-on coding): Create, maintain, and enhance Terraform modules that provision resources across AWS and AliCloud environmentsArchitecture & Innovation: Contribute to architectural decisions for infrastructure automation and help shape the future of our self-service platformSupport & Collaboration: Provide technical support to platform users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations of our IAC ecosystemContinuous Improvement: Identify and fix bugs, optimize existing modules, and implement new functionality based on user feedbackIntegration Development: Work with our tech stack including Python FastAPI middleware, AWS Step Functions workflows, and Terraform Cloud to deliver seamless automation experienceSkill and Experience:4+ years of experience in Infrastructure as Code and cloud automationExpert-level proficiency with Terraform and Terraform CloudStrong programming skills in Python and HCLHands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructureExperience with CI/CD platforms, particularly Harness.ioProven track record of building and maintaining large-scale infrastructurePreferred Qualifications:Experience with AliCloud or multi-cloud environmentsAWS and HashiCorp certificationsStartup experience demonstrating adaptability and innovationBackground in large-scale infrastructure managementExperience building developer tooling or internal platformsKnowledge of monitoring and observability tools integrationTechnical Skills:Must Have:Terraform / Terraform CloudPythonHCL (HashiCorp Configuration Language)AWSAliCloudHarness.ioInfrastructure automation best practicesNice to Have:GitOps workflowsFastAPIAWS Step FunctionsFrontend integration experienceAI / ML integration experience:Education and Certifications:Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience / certificationWork location: Hyderabad, India.Work mode: Hybrid
