The role requires strong relationship management, problem-solving, and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable strategies.About the RoleWhat He / She will do:Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across social media and digital marketing mandates.Understand client goals, brand tonality, and target audience to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, performance, design) to ensure timely deliverables.Monitor campaign performance and proactively share updates, insights, and recommendations with clients.Anticipate client needs, address challenges, and build long-term trust-based relationships.Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports and reviews to clients.Ensure retention of clients by delivering consistent value and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Escalate challenges to the CS Head with solutions-oriented thinking.
