Role Description The AI & Generative AI Specialist – RCM is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka. The specialist will be responsible for leveraging AI and generative AI technologies to optimize revenue cycle management processes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing large datasets to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, developing AI-powered solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to implement workflow enhancements, and staying current on industry advancements. The role demands a combination of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Proficient in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI tools, Machine Learning, and data analysisExpertise in revenue cycle management (RCM), healthcare workflows, and process optimizationStrong programming skills, including Python, R, or related programming languagesExperience in working with large datasets, data modeling, and predictive analyticsStrong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamworkAbility to work on-site and willingness to adapt to dynamic environmentsInnovative problem-solving skills with a focus on process automation in the healthcare or RCM domainBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Healthcare Management, or related fieldsKnowledge of RCM-related software and tools is a plus
