Head of Retail – OSAA by Adarsh (Luxury Couture)Location - Delhi / Kolkata, India | Full-time | On-site About OSAA by Adarsh:OSAA by Adarsh is a luxury couture label known for its intricate craftsmanship, rich textiles, and timeless silhouettes. Rooted in Indian heritage yet defined by modern artistry, OSAA creates ensembles that celebrate culture through contemporary design expression.Role Overview: Own the end-to-end retail P&L and in-store experience. You will drive revenue, profitability, clienteling, and brand standards across existing stores, new openings, exhibitions/pop-ups, and shop-in-shops—while tightly integrating merchandising, CRM, and marketing.Key Responsibilities1.      Strategy & P&L: Deliver sales, gross margin, and store contribution targets; build monthly/quarterly AOPs and OTB. Plan network expansion (SIS/pop-ups), feasibility, and launch playbooks.2.      Store Operations & Experience: Standardize SOPs: appointment booking flow, bridal trials, alterations/TATs, after-sales, exchanges. Ensure daily excellence on conversion, ATV, UPT, appointment–to–sale, and service SLAs.3.      Clientele & CRM: Build a high-touch clientele engine: VIP lists, wedding planners, stylists, concierge services, post-purchase care. Own CRM stack (journeys, WhatsApp/email, cohorts, repeat rate, RFM), and client data hygiene.4.      Merchandising & Inventory: Translate design calendar to retail: assortment curation by store, size depth, colourways, occasion capsules. Manage OTB, allocation/replenishment, sell-through, aging, markdowns; target healthy inventory turns and days of cover.5.      People & Training: Hire, coach, and performance-manage team and stylists; design incentives linked to KPIs. Run a “Luxury Selling & Bridal Advisory” academy: etiquette, fittings, cross-sell, objection handling.6.      Must-Have Experience: 7–12 years in premium/luxury fashion retail; ≥3 years leading multi-store P&L. Proven success in appointment-led selling (bridal/couture/occasion wear preferred). Strong merchandising/OTB skills and CRM/clientele expertise. Fluent in English + Hindi; comfort with POS/ERP/Excel/Google Sheets; willingness to travel7.      Nice to Have: Network with stylists, wedding planners, and luxury concierges.
