Contract Duration: 20th December 2025 – 10th March 2026Location: Delhi and HaryanaRole Overview:We’re looking for an experienced Marathon Organizer for a contractual role to help us plan, scale, and execute top-tier marathon events in Delhi and Haryana. If you’re great with ticket sales, sponsorships, and event production - and love the energy of race day - this is for you. This role requires end-to-end ownership, including client acquisition, servicing, and managing the entire marathon experience.What you'll do:Manage marathon planning, logistics, and race-day execution.Drive ticketing strategy, registration growth, and client acquisition.Pitch, secure, and manage sponsorships.Support vendor management, permissions, and compliance.Guide high-level production and on-ground execution.Close clients and ensure strong client servicing throughout the project.Deliver post-event reports and improvement insights.What you bring:2+ years of experience in organizing end-to-end marathons (references of previous work required).A genuine passion for running, fitness, and large-scale events.Proven experience in management and leadership, handling complete marathon operations independently.Strong project management, organization, and delegation skills.Hands-on experience with event production, partnerships, and client handling.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Perks:Competitive fee + performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work on major marathon projects across Delhi NCRFlexible working styleMassive networking and industry exposure
