The role involves managing the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical roles. The US Technical Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements, engage with potential candidates, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.QualificationsProficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and HiringExperience in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting processesStrong Communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment toolsKnowledge of the US talent market and recruitment trendsAbility to work independently in a remote settingGood Knowledge of US visa terms (H1B/GC/Citizens/OPT-EAD/CPT-EAD)Good Knowledge of US Tax teams (W2, 1099, C2C)Should be an Individual contributor and team player.Strong experience in using Job Boards like – Dice/Monster and Social Networking sites like – LinkedIn, Twitter, and GitHub.Sound knowledge on hiring all levels of Technical and Non-Technical candidates. Must have experience working with third-party vendors.
