Description:Role: AI Finance solution ArchitectWork Location : Only Bangalore , WFO 3 days per week (Mandate)Exp Level : (Relevant) 10+ YearsShift Timing : UK timeKey skills- AnaplanRole OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Data Engineering Professional to bridge the gap between business and technology.This role will focus on enabling AI initiatives, optimising data processes, and ensuring seamless technical delivery aligned with business objectives.You will collaborate with stakeholders, support PoV/PoC projects, and act as the technical point of contact for AI and data engineering activities.Key Responsibilities• Business–Technology Conduit: Understand and document business processes, translating them into transformation algorithms and technical solutions.• AI Enablement: Partner with AI Leads and stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases, supporting PoVs, PoCs, RFQs, and RFIs.• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the technical liaison for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.• Data Engineering: Design, maintain, and optimise robust data pipelines and ETL processes for efficient data flow and transformation.• Technical Delivery: Lead development and optimisation of data engineering solutions to support strategic finance systems (e.g., Anaplan).• Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, outcomes, and improvement opportunities to senior managers.• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, architects, product managers, and change teams to embed new processes.• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows and project outcomes.• Continuous Improvement: Drive best practices and innovation across data engineering and AI projects.Technical Skills• (Learn and Apply) Joule development and AI agent builds• (Learn and Apply) Copilot development and analysis• Data Engineering: Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, database design, ETL tools, and data pipeline optimisation• Familiarity with AI concepts and automation tools; experience supporting PoVs/PoCsNon-Technical Skills• Support AI / Data Strategy analysis• JIRA for agile tracking and transparency• Proactive, professional, and motivated approach• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences• Stakeholder management and collaboration across diverse teamsRequirements• Analytical mindset to deconstruct legacy logic and implement lightweight algorithms in strategic finance systems• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams• Adaptability and innovative problem-solving skillsCurrent Focus Areas• Product hierarchy alignment and single source of truth• IT General Controls (ITGC) enablement for Fuel product• Data timing sheets and documentation updates• Tracking and managing data workstreams• Supporting AI use cases in Finance and enabling solutions with Copilot• Managing Jira/SCRUM activities for transparency and progress tracking
