Key Responsibilities:Influencer Strategy & Selection: Identify, research, and vet potential influencers across platforms, aligning with brand goals and audience segments.Partnership Development & Negotiation: Lead influencer outreach, build partnerships, negotiate contracts, and finalize deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.Campaign Execution & Management: Oversee and ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns—from onboarding to content delivery and post-campaign analysis.Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creator networks to foster trust and loyalty.Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Track and monitor live campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met and performance metrics are in line with KPIs. Compile reports, engagement data, and campaign insights.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, brand, and strategy teams to align influencer content with overall marketing objectives.Industry & Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with platform updates, creator trends, and emerging opportunities to keep campaigns fresh and culturally relevant.Reporting & Presentations: Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and case studies that showcase campaign impact and learnings.Qualifications & Requirements:5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital partnerships, preferably in a fast-paced media or agency environment.Proven ability to lead influencer campaigns from ideation to execution.Strong negotiation skills and experience in influencer contract management.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of influencer marketing metrics and tools.Passionate about content, social platforms, and digital culture.
