Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser located in Jaipur. The Visual Merchandiser will oversee the development and execution of appealing store layouts, create eye-catching window displays, and maintain organized and attractive retail environments. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the retail and sales team to optimize customer engagement, promoting products effectively, and ensuring that visual standards align with the company’s branding and marketing strategies. QualificationsStrong skills in Retail, Customer Service, and Sales to understand customer needs and enhance in-store shopping experiencesProficiency in designing and maintaining Window Displays that attract and engage customersExcellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with different teams and customer interactionsKnowledge of current retail trends and visual merchandising techniquesAttention to detail and the ability to work within tight deadlinesRelevant education or certifications in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or related fields are a plus
