Job Title: Lead Nurse Location: Coimbatore, India Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced and compassionate Lead Nurse to support clinical operations in a premium, longevity-focused healthcare setting. This role involves patient care, clinical procedures, IV therapies, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring a high-quality, personalized patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist physicians with assessments, examinations, and clinical procedures Perform vitals, ECG, phlebotomy, sample collection, and basic triage Administer IV therapies and monitor patient safety and comfort Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in EHR systems Ensure infection control, sterilization, and clinic readiness Coordinate with doctors and allied health professionals for seamless care Deliver a professional, empathetic, and premium patient experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with valid Indian nursing registration Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in hospitals or outpatient clinics Experience in IV therapy or preventive healthcare preferred Strong communication skills in English (Tamil preferred) Detail-oriented, patient-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
