Our goal is to democratize access to high quality financial products to consumers in India through technology & enabling access to investors across categories.Role - Senior Manager – Sales EnablementDepartment - HR – Learning & Growth Location: MumbaiRole SummaryWe are looking for a strategic and business-impact–driven Senior Manager – Sales Enablement to accelerate sales productivity and capability across Lending and Yubi Markets. This role will design the enablement strategy, deliver high-impact programs, embed success metrics, and scale frameworks across teams and markets.Key Responsibilities1. Curriculum Design & DevelopmentCreate outcome-driven curricula aligned to revenue goals, conversion metrics, and product readiness.2. Facilitation & DeliveryConduct high-impact virtual and in-person sessions with strong application to field scenarios.3. Evaluation & Success MetricsDeploy evaluation instruments (Kirkpatrick, assessments, certification) and track impact—ramp time reduction, deal velocity, win-rate uplift, funnel movement, NPS, and adoption metrics.4. Recognition & Motivation ProgramsDesign and run recognition mechanisms (certifications, contests, badges) to reinforce capability and performance.5. Framework Creation & ExecutionBuild scalable frameworks across onboarding, product enablement, sales methodology, and deal coaching.6. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Marketing, HRBP, and Sales Leadership to align programs to business priorities.7. Program ManagementEnd-to-end ownership of planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, communication, risk management, execution, and post-program analysis.Experience & Qualifications10- 15 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, L&D, or Revenue Operations (fintech/BFSI preferred).Expertise in instructional design, facilitation, analytics, and capability building.Proven ability to deliver business impact through scalable programs.Core CompetenciesStrong understanding of lending, credit & financial servicesBusiness impact & analytical orientationAI fluency – leveraging AI for content creation, coaching, insights, and sales productivityGlobal expansion mindset to scale programs across marketsExceptional communication & facilitation skillsProgram and stakeholder management excellenceCreative design & storytellingExecution discipline backed by dataAbility to work in a high velocity environment Navigate through ambiguity Influencing Stakeholders
