Architect for Workplace Interiors (Commercial) with 0-2 years experienceAs an Aldecor Designer for workplace, you will be responsible for creating functionally beautiful spaces that reflect clients' vision and objectives. As a member of the team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of designers, architects, strategists, brand designers, and other professionals throughout all phases of the project. Your focus will be on designing workplace interiors for corporate clients.Responsibilities:Collaborate with other team members to develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client's needs and expectationsApply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clientsDevelop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D)Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design conceptSelect furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure that the design is cohesive and aesthetically pleasingFollow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure that designs are safe and comply with industry standardsWork with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining productivity and quality targetsAttend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and to provide guidance and adviceContinuously upgrade skills and knowledge in design software, products, and materials to remain current with industry trends and innovations.Requirements :Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), photoshop and EnscapeExcellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skillsAbility to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quicklyStrong attention to detail and technical abilitiesFlexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of developmentAbility to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environmentQualificationsMinimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture0-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors)Proven experience in workplace interior designCreative and innovative thinking, with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designsA portfolio showcasing your previous work and design styleAbility to work independently or as part of a team
